Weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is at 2:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am. Please bring your own linens and blankets. NO PETS ALLOWED! No sleeping bags or cots are permitted outside the cottages. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY EXCEPT IN DESIGNATED AREA. $100.00 security deposit (payable to Pacific Coast Real Estate) is required for reservations. Security deposits do not apply towards rent and in the event of cancellation are non-refundable. Rent payment (payable to Pacific Coast Real Estate) is due in full 30 days prior to arrival date. $50.00 non-refundable Cleaning Fee (payable to Pacific Coast Real Estate) is due with rent.

The security deposit is $100.00 for weekly rentals and $250.00 for monthly rentals. Security deposits are payable to Pacific Coast Real Estate, do not apply towards rent and in the event of cancellation are non-refundable. $50.00 non-refundable Cleaning Fee (payable to Pacific Coast Real Estate) is due with rent.
