Rates

WE WILL BEGIN TAKING RESERVATIONS FOR 2026 ON JAN. 19, 2026

For rate information please click on "Summer" or "Winter" below:

  • Weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.
  • The minimum rental period is one week (7 nights).
  • Check in is at 2:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am.
  • Cottages #3 & #12 now supplies linens!  However, please bring your own beach towels.
  • For all of the other cottages, please bring your own linens for the beds, bath, beach & kitchen.

  • Each cottage has the basic pots, pans, dishes & utensils.
  • NO PETS ALLOWED!
  • No sleeping bags or cots are permitted outside the cottages.
  • NO SMOKING ALLOWED ON PROPERTY!
  • The security deposit is $250.00 for weekly rentals and $500.00 for monthly rentals.
  • Security deposits do not apply towards rent and in the event of cancellation are non-refundable.
  • Rent payment is due in full 30 days prior to arrival date.
  • $135.00 non-refundable Cleaning Fee is due with rent.
  • All payment are made payable to Pacific Coast Real Estate.

Cottages 1 thru 12 are on the front row and cottages 31(aka 13) thru 23 are on the back row. 

The back row cottages are in between the front row so every cottage has an ocean view!
